We offer several shipping options to meet different needs. Depending on your destination, you can choose between standard shipping or faster express delivery.

We usually dispatch orders on the same business day or, at the latest, on the following business day. In case of an exceptional delay caused by a higher volume of orders, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price shown at checkout and are not collected by PeltramMinerals.
Any such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and/or the shipping carrier and must be paid by the customer.
As customs regulations and rates differ between countries, we are unable to determine the exact amount of these charges in advance.
By placing an international order outside the European Union, please take possible import charges into account.Shipping Methods Worldwide
- Czech Post – delivery to your home: Delivery usually takes one to two weeks. For more distant destinations, delivery may take up to several weeks.
- Packeta: Packeta forwards international parcels to local carriers in the destination country, which then deliver the shipment to your address.

- DHL: Very fast shipping with detailed shipment tracking. You can track your parcel throughout international transit using your tracking number.

Important Notice Regarding the Declared Value of Shipments
For this reason, we cannot declare a lower value, mark purchased goods as a “gift”, or provide false or misleading information regarding the contents or value of a shipment.
Why we cannot do this:
- Providing false information on customs documents may violate customs and tax regulations.
- It may result in fines, penalties, seizure of the shipment or other legal consequences.
- These requirements apply to commercial international shipments regardless of whether the customer requests a lower declared value.
- We cannot provide false information in order to reduce import duties, taxes or other charges in the destination country.
