Moravian Moldavites

Moravian moldavites form a distinct and interesting part of the Czech moldavite strewn field. Their find localities are situated mainly in southern and southwestern Moravia, and individual sites may differ significantly in the appearance of the specimens found there. Our selection includes natural Moravian moldavites from localities such as Cejkovice, Dobrinsko, Kojetice, Lechovice, Mackovice, Oleksovice, Rybniki, Skryje, Slavetice and Stropesin.

Moravian moldavites may show dark green to olive-green shades, and some localities also produce more transported and rounded specimens. Each piece is assessed individually, and the specific find locality and condition of the stone are stated for every specimen.

Our selection includes smaller pieces as well as distinctive collectible Moravian moldavites weighing several tens of grams. Every moldavite can be viewed in real photographs and in a video of the actual piece.
